Acceptance

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.40savilerow.co.uk.  By visiting, using, browsing or shopping on www.40savilerow.co.uk you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Revisions

 

40 Savile Row reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion.

 

Prices

 

Valid prices are the ones shown on the web at the time of the order.  Prices include VAT, but do not include costs for package and shipping.

 

Payment

 

The total amount of the order is due and payable at the time of placing the order.  Payments are to be made in Pound Sterling, Euro, or US Dollars.  If you fail to make any payment in accordance with the price or these Terms and conditions, or if there is any change in your credit standing, or for any other reason deemed good and sufficient by 40 Savile Row, 40 Savile Row may, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability therefore, cancel any order or orders, require you to give such security as 40 Savile Row may specify to ensure payment or require payment in advance.  All costs and expenses incurred by 40 Savile Row as a result of its exercise of any right or option under this paragraph shall be for your account.  We accept the following cards:

 

Ordering Process

 

The customer can select and order products on the web site www.40savilerow.co.uk.  Products can be customised on various options, which are explained individually.  For your first order, 40 Savile Row will first make one shirt, regardless of how many shirts you have ordered.  After you have approved the shirt, 40 Savile Row will proceed with the rest of your order.  If there are alterations required, you may send back the shirt to 40 Savile Row, which will make the necessary modifications.  Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

 

Liability for Defects

 

We are liable, if our products have manufacturing or material defects.  All our garments have care instructions.  We are not liable for defects resulting from the customer not following our care instructions.  Your order is manufactured based on the measurements provided by you.  If these measurement details appear unlikely, we will ask you to confirm that the measurement details are correct. The visual representation of our products on the web site depends on your screen.  We are eager to present an illustration of colours and textures as realistic as possible.  Minor deviations may be due to technical reasons and therefore, we cannot guarantee the precision of the presentation.          

 

Cancellation/Change of Orders

 

If you decide to cancel/change your order, please inform us as soon as possible as we will not cancel/change orders for which we have already started work.  Cancellations/changes will require a confirmed acceptance in writing or via e-mail by 40 Savile Row.  

 

Delivery

 

Products are delivered within 5 to 7 weeks.  If for any reason the delivery should take longer, 40 Savile Row will inform you.  If the delivery should take more than 8 weeks, you may cancel your order.  Delivery timings are typical, but cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with the manufacturing quality of the product, or there is a fabric flaw, you may be asked to return the shirt to rectify the problem. However, because of the very nature of the product, 40 Savile Row’s guarantee is limited to questions of manufacturing, and not your choice, taste, wear and tear or inaccuracy in measurements that you have provided.

 

Data Protection

 

Except as described in this section, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties.  From time to time, we may partner with other companies whose product quality we believe will interest you.  Therefore, we may occasionally send mailings.  We will use your e-mail to keep you informed on your order status, and the developments in 40 Savile Row.  When you order using your credit card, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted by ProTX, in order to be given the greatest degree of security possible.  We shall keep no records of your credit card details on our servers, except billing addresses to ensure your security.

E-Gift Vouchers

 

Our e-gift vouchers are available in denominations of £25, £130, and £150.  Each voucher can only be used once.  E-gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and no cash change can be given.  E-gift vouchers are valid for a year.  Once purchased e-gift vouchers can be sent to the e-mail address of the person you are buying the e-gift voucher for or your own e-mail address so that you can dispatch it yourself on your preferred time.
